- You must be able to read, speak and write both English and Chinese (simplified only) proficiently.

- You must have prior experience in operational and sales support in the real estate industry (preferably high value properties).

- It will be highly desirable if you have property development related experience. 

- You will be remunerated both on base salary (operational support) and sales support (bonus) on performance.

 Your duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Daily Management of the companies' two websites in both English and Chinese
  • Draft and publish articles, ads and listing information on multiple Chinese platforms including WeChat, media, and conference platforms etc.
  • Frequent translation between English and Chinese.
  • Support the Director, sales manager and other sales agents to complete deals and be rewarded for them.
  • Prepare, coordinate and support at all company seminars, events and conferences (most of them are after hours)
  • Allocate and process new sales leads
  • Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Monitor customer accounts and projects
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team
  • Keeping track of sales targets
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling diaries
  • Real estate, operational, team and business management skills and experience
  • Computer and system literacy is a must
  • Daily operational support on property development and project related tasks etc.

As a Sales Agent you will be responsible for bringing in new business and building relationships with potential vendors & buyers. Your role will be autonomous giving you responsibility to build a strong career path with unlimited earning potential and career progression.

Professional attributes required:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the Sydney Real Estate Market
  • Experienced in any of property class including High-End Residential, Development sites,  Commercial properties, and Off-the-plan properties

Experience & Skills:

  • Full Real Estate License
  • Car & Drivers License
  • 3+ years of real estate selling experience
  • Proven Track Record of High-End Properties, Development Sites, Commercial Properties and Off-the-Plan  Sales, and extensive knowledge and experience of the Sydney property market
  • Excellent Presentation & Communication skills. Bilingual in English & Mandarin will be a plus but not essential
